James More is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as General Counsel for Aluminium and Acting Chief Legal Officer at Maaden since January 2021. Prior to this, James held positions such as Senior Legal Advisor at OMZEST Group of Companies and Senior Legal Counsel at Maaden. James also worked as Legal Manager for Saudi Arabia at YBA Kanoo and as Divisional Solicitor for Energy Networks at Scottish Power UK Plc. Early career experience includes serving as Solicitor in the Property Environment and Planning Department at MacRoberts. James holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London and has completed various legal qualifications and degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Glasgow.
