Divya Sharma

Divya Sharma is an accomplished HR and organizational development professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as an HR/OD Freelancer with Maaha People, Divya leads reviews of leadership programs and supports training design. As a Culture Change Project Manager at Vertical Breakthrough, Divya spearheads a neurodiversity initiative. Divya's prior roles include a GMTS HR Management Trainee at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where key projects included developing a neurodiverse strategy, and a Workforce Strategy Consultant at PwC. Additionally, Divya has contributed to neurodiversity initiatives at Neurodiversity in Business, implemented volunteer recruitment processes at Exceptional Individuals, and has worked with teams to enhance leadership skills at Enactus UK & Ireland. Divya holds a BA in Philosophy with Psychology from the University of Warwick and a CIPD Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University.
