Giles Smith is a seasoned technology and digital transformation expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for MACH Alliance since August 2020, Giles previously held the position of Head of Digital, Customer & Data Technology at Selfridges from April 2022 to March 2024. Prior to that, a significant tenure as Director of Digital Technology at Burberry spanned from March 2017 to March 2022.
