Sherry Ryan

Sherry Ryan is currently the Chief of Staff at Macklan Group since January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources-Corporate and Director of Human Resources for Life Sciences-Canada at ATS Corporation from September 2022 to January 2025. Sherry held the position of Director of Human Resources at Trudell Medical International from October 2019 to August 2022, overseeing all HR and safety and wellness efforts across multiple regions. Additionally, Sherry was the Director of Employee and Labour Relations at Shannex Incorporated from November 2015 to October 2019, where strategic labor relations policies were developed. Earlier experience includes roles at McKesson Canada, TD, Arcon Metal Processing Inc., IKO Industries, and the YMCA of Greater Toronto. Sherry's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and further studies at the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science, University College of Cape Breton, Westviking College, and Pasadena Academy.
