Howard Chan

Howard Chan is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as a Product Applications Engineer at MACOM since May 2022. Prior to this role, Howard Chan worked at MaxLinear from September 2008 to May 2022, where responsibilities included performance testing of various digital and analog TV standards, debugging reference platforms, and designing automated test programs. Howard Chan also gained experience as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at the University of Calgary from 2004 to 2007 and completed an internship at Gennum in 2001-2002, focusing on integrated circuit design and characterization tests. Howard Chan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, obtained in 2004 and 2003, respectively.
