Steve Mayne

Steve Mayne has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Private Banker and Senior Investment Adviser at Macquarie Group since January 1998. In the role of State Manager for Macquarie Private Wealth, Steve oversees a team of over 50 staff across three offices in Brisbane and the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, focusing on recruitment, compliance, business development, and brand growth. Previously, Steve worked as a Stockbroker at Nevitts Ltd from January 1990 to January 1998, where foundational skills in stockbroking were developed. Steve holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland. Additionally, Steve attended Brisbane Boys College, completing studies in 1986.
