Terrance Waldenmaier is an experienced manufacturing and engineering professional with a proven track record in operations management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at MACRO Industries, Inc. since November 2024, Terrance previously held leadership roles such as Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at UltraSource LLC, General Manager at Rollstock Inc., and Production Manager at Sealed Air Corporation. With significant expertise in lean manufacturing, team oversight, and facility transitions, Terrance has successfully managed complex projects, including the relocation of a facility while enhancing operational efficiency. Terrance holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems from Iowa State University and began the educational journey with a high school diploma from Valley High School.
