David Phillips

David Phillips is an experienced finance professional serving as the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Commencer Capital since April 2021. In addition to this role, David holds multiple board positions, including Board Member at Tiliter, Investec Emerging Companies Funds Management, Dresden Optics, Comestri, Openpay, and MadeComfy.
