Christine Gulberg

Christine Quilichini is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Madhive since October 2022. Prior to this role, Christine held positions at Teads, where responsibilities included Head of Legal for North America and Senior Commercial Counsel, overseeing legal affairs across the US, LATAM, and Canada with a focus on publishing and advertising contracts. Previous experience includes serving as Business Affairs Associate at BOLD, Attorney at Tower Legal Solutions—where compliance audits with FCPA regulations were conducted—and legal internships at various organizations, including the University of Puerto Rico Law Clinic, Correctional Health Services Corporation, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Christine holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
