Kaisa Tikk

Kaisa Tikk has been with A.P. Moller - Maersk since November 2010, currently serving as Head of Commercial Sustainability and previously in various sustainability-focused roles. Tikk's experience includes developing sustainability strategies, driving customer engagement on sustainability issues, and overseeing sustainable supply chain governance. Additional roles at Maersk involved project management for sustainability reporting and advising on CSR matters. Kaisa Tikk also has academic experience as an External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, assessing CSR practices for the Responsible Business Forum in Estonia, and training in European Voluntary Service sub-programs. Tikk's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
