Russell Pang

Russell Pang has extensive experience in logistics and business development, currently serving as Managing Director for Thailand and Emerging Markets at CEVA Logistics since December 2014, with full P&L ownership across four countries. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Business Development, focusing on growth strategies in six nations within the Mekong emerging market cluster. Having joined CEVA Logistics in 2003, Russell served in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Business Development, where responsibilities included supporting growth and retention across Southeast Asia, and Country Business Development Director in Thailand, overseeing a team of over 40. Prior to CEVA, Russell worked as Operations General Manager for TNT/CEVA Logistics, managing contract logistics for over 700 staff in multiple sectors including technology, automotive, and retail.
