Aurore Delauney is an experienced professional in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Managing Director for Maesa Middle East since March 2015. With a strong background in brand management and marketing, Aurore has successfully led various initiatives in private label and own-brand strategies, product development, and distribution across the region. Previous roles include Head of Dubai Office and Senior International Brand Manager, where significant contributions were made to the launch and development of private label cosmetics and brand strategies targeting retailers in the GCC and India. Aurore's extensive career encompasses management positions at prestigious companies such as LVMH, Estée Lauder, and Weleda AG, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree from Paris School of Business.
