Charles Michalec

Charles Michalec is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Simulator Team Lead at MAG Aerospace since March 2018, with prior roles as Mission Planner and Simulator Operator since September 2016. Previously, Charles held the position of Mission Planner at Engility Corporation from July 2015 to September 2016 and worked as a UAS SME Senior Analyst at Leidos and SAIC between September 2013 and September 2013. Charles has an extensive background in the USAF from 1989 to 2008, where roles included Chief Wing Scheduling, MQ-1 Predator Pilot/FTU Instructor, and Chief Forces Deployment, providing operational planning support and spearheading UAS integration. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
