Yolanda Brooks

Yolanda Brooks, MSW, currently serves as an ACS Certification Support Specialist at Magellan Federal since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor and Community Base Counselor at National Counseling Group, as well as a Family Service Assistant at City of Chesapeake Social Services. Yolanda also worked as a Federal Certified Marketplace Navigator at Access East, Inc., and as a Contractor/Help Desk Specialist with the U.S. Coast Guard. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Elizabeth City State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Wake Technical Community College.
