Pamela Johnson

Pamela Johnson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Magical Beginnings Learning Centers since November 2024, Pamela previously held various roles at Little Sprouts, LLC from July 2003 to November 2024, including Payroll and Benefits Manager, Payroll and Benefits Administrator, and Human Resources Assistant. Expertise includes payroll processing for over 1,000 employees, HRIS maintenance, benefits and 401K administration, and employee training and onboarding. Pamela's foundational experience also includes program oversight in early childhood education, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of both HR and educational environments. Pamela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023.
