Judith O’brien

Judith O'Brien has over four decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, with a focus on representing emerging growth companies. Judith is currently the Chairman of the Board at MagicCube, and previously served as the Leader of the Emerging Company Practice Group and a Member of the Corporate Practice Group at King & Spalding. Prior to that, they were Managing Director at Laurel Advisers and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Obopay, Inc. Judith also served as Managing Director at Incubic Venture Fund and Director at Ciena. O'Brien began their career as a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C.

Judith O'brien has a JD from University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, where they were a member of the Order of the Coif. Judith also has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Smith College.
