Stephanie Malecki

Stephanie Malecki is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and consulting. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at MagicMakers® Group, Stephanie has been a Project Manager at The Walt Disney Company since March 2010, where responsibilities include streamlining business practices and managing processes related to garment loss and character costuming inventory for multiple Disney parks and cruise lines. Notable achievements include implementing a garment mail-back program that resulted in substantial loss avoidance and leading a team responsible for inventory management operations. Prior experience as an Industrial Engineer at UPS involved participation in a multi-year rotational program, where Stephanie developed a golf-cart delivery helper program aimed at reducing emissions and operational costs.
