The Healthcare Management team at Magnolia Health Plan Inc. is responsible for ensuring individualized and holistic care for members by coordinating various healthcare services. Team members, including a Concurrent Review Nurse, Community Care Coordinator, Provider Engagement Administrator III, and Director of Pharmacy Operations, work together to manage patient care plans, engage with local healthcare providers, and optimize pharmacy operations.
