Mandy Chen

Mandy Chen is a senior design engineer at Magnusson Klemencic Associates. Mandy previously worked as a structural engineering intern at Halvorson and Partners, and before that, as a senior officer at Shui On Land. Chen also has experience as a development manager, which they did at CDG Retail Management from 2010 to 2013. In that role, they were responsible for tasks such as evaluating new development opportunities, overseeing development projects, maintaining relationships with investors and government officials, and ensuring smooth integration and delivery of projects. Chen is skilled in compiling, reviewing, and interpreting market data, and is adept at preparing internal updates on development activities.

Mandy Chen has a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and is certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as a Structural Engineer (SE), by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers as an Engineer In Training, and by The Board for Professional Engineers - California as a Professional Engineer.
