Neelima D'Silva-Dalvi

Neelima D'silva-Dalvi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Currently serving as the Deputy Vice President leading CSR and Sustainability at Mahindra Finance, Neelima has previously held several key positions including Senior Vice President at YES FOUNDATION, Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank, Project Co-ordinator for Health at Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation, and Associate City Manager at Junior Achievement India. Neelima holds an M.A. in Social Work specializing in Family and Child Welfare from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship and Project Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
