Srishti Yadav

Srishti Yadav is currently a Management Trainee in the Automotive Division at Mahindra Finance since June 2024, focusing on lead management for three-wheeler vehicles and team alignment to reduce turnaround time. Previously, Srishti served as the Head of the Student Welfare and Disciplinary Committee at the Jaipuria Institute of Management, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing major events and coordinating a team of ten individuals. Additionally, experience as a Market Research Intern at Reliance Retail involved gathering customer feedback across various store formats. Srishti holds a PGDM in Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Banasthali Vidyapith, complemented by a strong skill set in people management, leadership, decision-making, and teamwork.
