Hrishikesh Chitnis

Hrishikesh Chitnis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as General Counsel at Mahindra Logistics since April 2023. Hrishikesh has held significant roles within the Mahindra Group since April 2017, including General Manager - Group Legal and Dy. General Manager - Legal, where achievements include implementing a legal compliance mechanism and successfully converting the company from a Public Limited to a Private Limited entity. Previous positions include Divisional Manager - Legal at FIAT India Automobiles, Manager Law at Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd, and Manager - Law at Tata Motors, where responsibilities spanned contracts management, legal compliance, litigation management, and establishing legal departments. Hrishikesh holds an LL.B degree from ILS Law College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College of Commerce, along with a Company Secretaries qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
