Damayanti Bandopadhyay

Damayanti Bandopadhyay is the Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation at Mahindra Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Damayanti served as Director of Operations Transformation at PwC Acceleration Centers from September 2021 to September 2023 and as Assistant Director of Strategy & Operations at EY between April 2018 and June 2021, where responsibilities included leading post-merger Supply Chain initiatives and growing the Supply Chain vertical through global delivery capabilities. Damayanti's prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy at IBM India Pvt Ltd from February 2009 to March 2018, Management Consultant in Financial Services at IBM UK Pvt Ltd from February 2011 to January 2012, and Assistant Manager Technology at Metal Junction Services Ltd, where contributions involved e-commerce solutions for Tata Steel and Steel Authority of India. Damayanti holds an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management in Singapore (2006-2007).
