Niki Lesko

Niki Lesko has over two decades of experience in marketing and business development, currently serving as Principal and Director of Marketing & Business Development at Mahlum since January 2005. Responsibilities include strategizing marketing budgets, managing indirect marketing efforts, collaborating with studio directors and shareholders, overseeing proposal responses, and facilitating marketing meetings across different studios. Prior roles include Associate Principal and Marketing Manager, showcasing a strong ability to lead marketing initiatives and support client communications. Niki served as Treasurer for the SMPS Oregon Chapter and held the position of Marketing Director at Architects Alaska. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from Oregon State University.
