Jeff Henke

Jeff Henke currently serves as the Director of Programs at The Mahoney Group, one of the largest independent insurance and benefits brokerages in the nation, focusing on specialized areas such as Intermodal Trucking and Tribal programs. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Divisional Vice President at Great American Insurance Company from 2003 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing underwriting teams, overseeing a diverse portfolio with annual GWP exceeding $70M, and achieving underwriting profits in 18 of 19 accident years. Jeff has extensive experience in professional development, having taught CPCU classes for over a decade and created training programs for multiple company levels. Jeff holds a MA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University.
