Kimberly Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Benefits Consultant/Insurance Advisor at The Mahoney Group since January 2021, Kimberly previously worked as an Independent Agent representing Aflac from 2006 to January 2021. Earlier career roles include Human Resource Rep II at GEICO from September 2003 to September 2006 and an internship at Yoh in 2002. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Arizona, where coursework spanned from 2000 to 2003.
