Encarna Perez

Encarna Perez has extensive experience in research and development, quality management, and product innovation within the chemical and healthcare sectors. Encarna currently works at Mahou San Miguel in Gestión Innovación since March 2016. Prior to this role, Encarna served as the Chemical R&D and Quality Departments Director at Sapec Group - Tradecorp International from January 2013 to June 2015, overseeing strategy and managing a team of 15 employees. Encarna has held various positions in leading organizations, including R&D Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where product development for the Compeed brand was a primary focus, and Product Development Engineer roles at both 3M and Eli Lilly and Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Complutense Madrid, among other credentials.
