Aleksandra Zagorin, DNP, MA, AGPCNP-BC, RN, serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing for the Ambulatory Health Service Network at Maimonides Medical Center since October 2002, while also working as a Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and holding various roles including Wound Care Consultant and Transitional Care Program Coordinator.
