Magdalena Gordon

Magdalena Gordon, LMSW, currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Complex Care and Population Health and Executive Director of Brooklyn Health Home at Maimonides Medical Center, a position held since February 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Behavioral Health and Special Populations at NYC Health + Hospitals and Coordinator of In-Reach Services at Project Renewal, where significant contributions included redesigning a re-entry program curriculum and leading therapeutic groups at correctional facilities. Magdalena's extensive background in social work began with an MSW from Columbia University, complemented by a BA from Bennington College. Previous advocacy work includes a forensic social work internship at The Legal Aid Society and mental health consultations in West Bengal, India.
