Che Eagle

Che Eagle serves as a Human Resources Executive at MaineHealth, accountable for HR systems operations supporting over 15,000 team members across various care and business centers. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at 42 North Dental, where Che built a robust HR function during a period of rapid growth, and Vice President of Human Resources for Clarks, implementing innovative HR strategies for a global workforce. Additional experience includes roles at Brandeis University, MIT, and Yankee Candle Company, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Che holds a Bachelor’s Degree in German with a Minor in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
