Jayachidambaram Ambalavanan

Jayachidambaram Ambalavanan is an experienced endocrinologist currently practicing at MaineHealth since August 2024. Previously, Jayachidambaram held the positions of Chief Clinical Fellow and Clinical Fellow in Endocrinology at Cleveland Clinic from July 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Jayachidambaran completed a residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar Washington Hospital Center from June 2019 to June 2022, and a junior residency in Emergency Medicine at GMR VARALAKSHMI FOUNDATION from March 2018 to July 2018. Additional formative experiences include observerships at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University and a sub-internship at Wayne State University. Jayachidambaram's medical education was completed at Kasturba Medical College and Manipal Academy of Higher Education, culminating in the award of an MBBS degree in 2017.
