Jeannie Assimos

Jeannie Assimos is a seasoned professional in content and communications, currently serving as the Head of Content and Communications at mainelove since January 2025. Previously, Jeannie held the position of Head of Content/Brand at Way.com from July 2021 to January 2025, successfully managing content strategy that boosted traffic significantly. In the role of Vice President of Content at eHarmony.com from September 2008 to January 2020, Jeannie oversaw PR, branding, and content, revitalizing the brand and training media spokespeople. Jeannie's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Editor at Entertainment Tonight from 1996 to 2008, where leadership of a breaking news operation and partnerships with major brands were notable accomplishments. Jeannie holds degrees in Cinema Studies and general studies from San Francisco State University and De Anza College, respectively.
