Kyle Plaster

Kyle Plaster is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Originator for Renewable Fuels at Mainspring Energy since November 2023, Kyle previously held the position of Area Sales Manager at DMT Clear Gas Solutions from July 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included representing the company in sales across the western United States. Additional roles at DMT included Project Manager, leading teams in the design and construction of biogas plants, and Process Engineer, contributing to the engineering and operation of such facilities. Early career experiences include a Sales Engineer role at Ingersoll Rand, where Kyle developed a cost calculation program, and an Engineer position at Thermaltek Industries, focused on manufacturing industrial furnaces. Kyle also gained tutoring experience at Lake Norman High School. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, with a concentration in Energy and Environment.
