Rashid Ghuloom

Rashid Ghuloom is an experienced professional in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor since November 2024. Previously, Rashid held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at The Gleneagles Hotel from January 2019 to November 2024, overseeing 10 departments and 200 employees, while achieving record profitability. Earlier experience includes roles such as Bar Manager at The Berkeley Hotel, where Rashid contributed to the re-opening of the iconic Blue Bar and garnered numerous award nominations, and at Park Chinois, where team leadership was established during the restaurant's pre-opening.
