Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products since August 2020. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist in a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
