Tim Brant

Tim Brant, MA, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director for Health, Safety and Prevention at Maize USD 266 since August 2022, where responsibilities include providing district-level leadership and integrating health and safety services within the community. Previously, Brant held various roles at the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center from November 2016 to July 2022, including Associate Director for Operations and Associate Director for Professional Development and Continuing Education, where management of facility operations and instruction for law enforcement training occurred. Brant’s extensive career in law enforcement includes serving as Deputy Chief, Police Lieutenant, and other positions within the Derby Police Department from 1987 to 2016, focusing on administration, training, and criminal investigations. Brant holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Leadership from Newman University and a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Wichita State University, along with extensive training in law enforcement executive development.
