Lina Arafa is a Learning and Development specialist with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently employed at Majid Al Futtaim as a Learning and Development Specialist since March 2024, Lina previously held similar positions at Zyda and Innovito, where leadership of teams and management of client-relations were key responsibilities.
