Neehal Dawoud

Neehal Dawoud is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Supervisor and previously as a Senior HR Specialist at IST Networks since August 2015, Neehal oversees the recruitment process, onboarding, and the development of HR policies in collaboration with business unit leaders and legal consultants. Prior experience at HSBC from November 2010 to July 2015 included roles as a Recruitment Executive, HR Executive, and HR Advisor, focusing on recruitment processes, data maintenance, and providing HR support across multiple countries in the MENA region. Neehal holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University and a Career Certificate in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo.
