Nicole Riggio, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Major Food Group, Nicole has previously held significant positions, including Global Director of People at Cipriani, Country HR Director for the USA at Selina, Area Director of Human Resources at Highgate, and Area Director of Labor Relations as well as Assistant Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Nicole holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
