Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is an experienced executive with a diverse background in facility operations, human resources, and business development. Currently serving as the Design and Construction Executive and Vice President of Facility Operations & Safety Officer at Major Hospital/Major Health Partners since February 2009, Jeff also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Business Development at the same institution prior to this. As the founding member and CEO of Miller-Williams & Associates, LLC from March 1994 to 2021, Jeff demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Ryobi Die Casting and Vice President of Human Resources at Muncie Power Products. Jeff's military experience includes serving as Operations Officer for the Indiana Army National Guard. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, Business Administration, and Military Science from Ball State University.
