Maria Toscano

Maria Toscano has a distinguished career in non-profit leadership and management, primarily within the children's wish granting sector. Since October 2019, Maria has served as the Provincial Director for Make-A-Wish Canada, where efforts focus on fulfilling the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses. Previously, from July 1997 to September 2019, Maria held the position of Director at the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, overseeing organizational operations in Manitoba. Earlier in the career, Maria gained valuable experience as an Accounting Clerk in the Department of Natural Resources with the Government of Manitoba from November 1979 to October 1991. Educational background includes studies at Red River College and attendance at St. John's High School and Garden City Collegiate.
