Simona Lupas

Simona Lupas is an experienced professional in non-profit fundraising and development, currently serving as Chapter Director, Southern Alberta for Make-A-Wish Canada since November 2021. Prior to this role, Simona held various positions at the Vecova Centre for Disability Services and Research from January 2015 to October 2021, including Director of Development, where responsibilities included leading fundraising strategies and executing comprehensive development plans. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Donor Relations at CUPS Calgary AB and multiple roles at the Canadian Cancer Society, ranging from Manager of Donor Services to Finance Assistant. Simona holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Bucharest University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
