Jonathan van Gorp

Jonathan Van Gorp is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment management and due diligence. Currently serving as Managing Director at Makena Capital Management, LLC, since August 2018, Jonathan previously held key positions at Paxion Capital Partners as Vice President and at Stanford Management Company as Director, where responsibilities included overseeing a global real estate investment portfolio exceeding $2 billion in AUM and conducting comprehensive due diligence for a $4 billion portfolio in real estate and natural resources. Early career experience includes an analyst role at Banc of America Securities, where Jonathan developed financial models and conducted in-depth analyses for property underwriting. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia.
