Mo Adefeso-Olateju, PhD, currently serves as a Fellow at The Brookings Institution and as Board Chair at the Malala Fund, both since July 2023. Adefeso-Olateju is the Founder of The Education Partnership (TEP) Centre, established in August 2013, which focuses on improving education initiatives through partnerships across various sectors. Additional roles include Executive Board Member at Human Capital Africa since September 2021 and Asia Global Fellow at The University of Hong Kong since April 2020. Previous experience includes working as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria, a Doctoral Researcher at UCL Institute of Education, and various leadership roles in educational organizations and commercial consulting. Adefeso-Olateju holds a Ph.D. in Education and International Development from the University of London and a Master’s Degree in the same field from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
