Ibrahim H. Shalangwa is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in managing safety and security operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Security Manager at Malaria Consortium since March 2019, Ibrahim oversees security for operations in six states within the GF programme, providing strategic advice and refining security SOPs. Previous roles include Operation Officer at CARE, Deputy Safety and Security Manager at Action Against Hunger, and Head of Security at SABMILLER. With a military background as a Close Protection Officer in both the Nigerian Army and the United Nations, Ibrahim holds multiple diplomas and certificates in security management and counterterrorism from institutions including West African Union University and the University of Lagos.
