Leopoldina Massingue

Leopoldina Massingue is a Surveillance Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Malaria Consortium, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Leopoldina served as the M&E Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at PSI-Mozambique from April 2019 to December 2022 and February 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes the role of Director at Misau from April 2012 to February 2022. Leopoldina holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Eduardo Mondlane University, earned between January 1999 and April 2007.
