Bernadette Ratcliffe

Ma. Bernadette Ratcliffe is an experienced compliance professional with a career spanning several prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Maybank since June 2018, Ma. Bernadette has previously held the same role at EastWest Banking Corporation from July 2014 to May 2018. Earlier, Ma. Bernadette was the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Planters Development Bank from 2006 to 2011, and also served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Controllership Group during that time.
