Noelle Lim

Noelle Lim is a seasoned professional in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Communications for Maybank's Group Global Banking, and as an Audit Committee Member for EQUAL since March 2024. Previous roles include Regional Head of Corporate Communications at Maybank Investment Banking Group, where strategic visibility was enhanced across six ASEAN markets, and Founder & Director of Kindermind Center, focused on mindfulness training. Lim's expertise extends to gender parity advocacy as a Steering Committee Member for the 30% Club Malaysia, along with coaching MBA candidates at the Asia School of Business. With a diverse background in media, including roles as Presenter and Producer at BFM 89.9, Lim has also held significant positions in strategic marketing at DBS Bank. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Hull and is associated with ICAEW.
