Dan Curran

Dan Curran is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since February 2019, Dan has previously held positions such as Director of Cybersecurity & Networks for the Specialty Generics division. Prior experience includes Director of Network Security Engineering at Express Scripts, where responsibility encompassed the engineering and operational support of security infrastructure for a $100+ billion pharmacy benefit manager. Dan's career also features significant roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in various capacities related to IT security and network architecture, as well as positions in technical services at D&K Healthcare Resources and bioMerieux. Dan holds a B.A. in Computer Studies from Northwestern University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
