Kassie Harrold

Kassie Harrold is an accomplished executive in the field of compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since December 2016. In this role, Kassie leads the global Integrity & Compliance function, reports directly to the CEO, and manages critical compliance initiatives including the implementation of the HHS-OIG Corporate Integrity Agreement. Previous positions at Mallinckrodt include Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, where Kassie was responsible for the global Integrity & Compliance program, and roles focused on corporate governance during the Specialty Generics spin-off. Kassie's prior experience includes strategic and compliance-related roles at Solutia Inc. and a foundation in legal practice as an Assistant Prosecutor. Kassie holds a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
